CCIT Faculty Attends Real-World Analytics Workshop
As part of the College of Computing and Information Technology's commitment to continuous faculty development and industry alignment, CCIT faculty members participated in "From Theory to Application: Bringing Real-World Analytics into the Classroom," an exclusive hands-on faculty workshop. Representing Adamson University were Mr. Jerome Alvez and Mr. Paul Jacob Cruz from the Computer Science Department, and Mr. Archie Santiago and Mrs. Maricel Barrameda from the Information Technology and Information Systems Department. The workshop was held yesterday, 29 July 2026, at the FEU Institute of Technology, Manila. Organized by SAS, the workshop equipped participants with practical, classroom-ready teaching approaches through hands-on experience with real-world analytics workflows. Faculty members also gained access to SAS software and teaching resources while exploring strategies for aligning the curriculum with current industry needs and expectations. Through initiatives such as this, CCIT continues to strengthen its faculty's expertise and ensure that students receive relevant, industry-driven learning experiences that prepare them for the evolving field of computing and information technology. #AdamsonUniversity #AdUCCIT #ADUCS #AdUITIS #CatalyzingChangeInnovatingforTomorrow
